However, there are differences in setting limits on the age of the person to be grouped into the elderly population. In this research used an age limit of 56 years to declare the elderly.

Necessity of Life Elderly

Everyone has needs. Elderly people also have the same life needs to prosper. Needs of elderly people living among others the need for a balanced nutritious diet, regular health checks, healthy housing and housing conditions are peaceful and safe, social needs such as socializing with all the people in all ages, so they have a lot of friends who can be invited communicate, share experiences, provide guidance for the good life. The needs required by the elderly to be independent.

The requirement is in line with the opinion of the Koswara Maslow (1991) which states that human needs include (1) physical needs (physiological needs) is a physical or biological needs such as food, clothing, shelter, sex and so on. (2) The need peace (safety needs) is the need for a sense of security and peace, both physically and mentally as the need for old age security, freedom, independence and so on (3) Social needs (social needs) is the need to communicate with the social or human others through community, professional organizations, the arts, sports, hobbies and so on
